This Policy complies with applicable laws in India and aligns with the requirements of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
By accessing or using the Application, Users agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
2. Scope of the Policy
This Policy applies to employees, staff members, and authorized users of the Company who access or use the Application. It governs all information collected through the Application and related systems. This Policy does not apply to third-party services or external websites linked within the Application.

The Company may collect information necessary for providing HRMS-related services and improving user experience, including:
- Personal Data: Name, mobile number, email address, employee ID, department, and designation.
- Work Data: Attendance records and work-related information.
- Technical Data: Device information, IP address, operating system details, and application usage logs.
- Permissions: Access to Camera (for profile photos, attendance, or uploads), Storage (for documents), and Location (for attendance and task management).
4. Purpose of Data Collection
The collected information is used for attendance management, employee profile management, leave and task tracking, internal communication, HR operations, and Application security. The Company does not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
The Company processes personal information based on user consent, employment-related operational requirements, legitimate business purposes, and compliance with legal obligations. By using the Application, Users consent to this processing.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Company may share information only with authorized HR and management personnel, trusted service providers supporting application infrastructure, and legal authorities where required by law. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.
7. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, legal, and compliance purposes. Data may be securely deleted or archived after employment ends in accordance with company policies.
8. Data Security
The Company implements reasonable security measures, including secure server infrastructure, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and strict access controls. While reasonable efforts are made, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The Application follows Google Play Store and Apple App Store data safety requirements. Permissions such as location, camera, and storage are requested transparently and only when necessary for HRMS-related functionality.

The Application is intended only for authorized adult users and employees of the Company. It is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

14. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting the Company through the official support email: hr@jigrotech.com.
Users should include their registered email address, employee ID, and relevant account details while submitting the request. Upon successful verification, the Company will process the deletion request within 30 business days, except where certain information must be retained for legal, regulatory, compliance, payroll, audit, or operational purposes. Certain records required under applicable laws may be securely retained for a limited duration before permanent deletion.
